Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, please email us at deltapicks.in@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products with a manufacturing defect. To process your request, please include:

• Your Order ID

• Clear photos of the defective product

• A short video showing the issue

Please send all the above information to deltapicks.in@gmail.com.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and verify the defect, we will notify you whether your return request has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly using the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on your payment type.
